Awesome picture! Yay for Dr. Who The hair is really awesome, especially on the Doctor
Mouths/lips tend to look more believable if you don't outline them (especially the top lip) - usually the contrasting color of the lips and skin is enough to show where the lips start/end. Also, I think the Doctor's teeth might be too wide, which is why his mouth looks off.
I really love the way you draw lines around mouths and eyes! It makes the characters' expressions very animated and alive. Especially like the kid's dimples - they are very dimply! 8D
This is a minor note, but I really like the way you colored their clothes - the way you pulled it off gave the clothing of each character very unique textures.
Like ~resistie said, the guy's teeth are indeed too wide, but they're also set in too straight of a line. Teeth are set into the mouth in a sort of U-shape if you're looking at them from below or above, if you know what I mean. So I guess thinking about drawing teeth the way you would about drawing a three-dimensional "U" lying on its back might help?
The guy's chin is also a bit too close to his neck. It looks as if, if he lowered it, he'd be a bit turtle-looking. His ear looks pretty strange to me as well. There are certain parts of an ear that are supposed to be very dark; almost black, even (I think the ear canal?) - keeping that in mind might help.

Thank you! I always have so much trouble and angst getting expressions down, so I'm really stoked that you like theirs.
I see what you mean about the teeth, chin, and ear. I am SO done with this, so I won't go back and fix them, but they are definitely things I'll keep in mind on the next ones. Always good to have things to check for. :]

Whoa! I am sick with envy at the way you do your skin tone. I like the kid's face especially--he looks picture-perfect. And Nami made a great point about their clothes. What they're wearing just characterizes them all perfectly.
I have a bit of an issue with the lady's mouth though. Her teeth look like they're protruding, maybe because the upper lips should have been thinner? But don't mind my carping. This is already better than anything I could do in a thousand years!
Thank you! I often find that my skin tones are terrible because I go way too deep in value, so I made a concerted effort on this one to make a softer blend. I'm glad it seems to have worked!
Mm, I know what you mean about her mouth. :/ I seem to have issues with drawing open mouths in general. Maybe because I always smile with my mouth shut? Hm. I need more practice on that.
I missed Quavi-comments!
